About Us

Celeste Oliva offers premium Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars to New England. Started by Clark and Charla Mayotte, we wanted to offer the community true artisan oils and vinegars. Too often we were disappointed with the selection and quality of the olive oils we found at supermarkets to use in our cooking. We are originally from Buffalo, NY. We relocated to New England and found that it was still difficult to find true extra virgin olive oils. Going through Veronica Foods, a supplier of Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils we had met in New York, we opened our store in 2014 in Concord, NH.

Our company is a little outside the box. Since olives cannot be grown locally and need to be crushed within 2 to 4 hours after being harvested to produce fresh, premium oils. Our oils are produced around the world. They are then bottled at our store in Concord,NH.
