This Blenheim Apricot is bursting with sweet-tart complexity and and an intensity floral aroma of honeysuckel flowers. This balance is a bright and elegant tribute to one of California's most treasured stone fruits. We've captured the delicate floral characteristics of this apricot and blended them with our Ultra Premium White Balsamic. This creates a crisp, clean and very versatile balsamic. 

This goes well with Persian Lime EVOO, Lemon Fused EVOO, Blood Orange fused EVOO and any Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
