Kalamata Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil (super Robust)

This Kalamata Ultra High Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest Polyphenol Olive Oil we have ever had in our store at Celeste Oliva. Not only that, but it has the highest Oleocanthal Our supplier Veronica Foods has ever seen! This oil will only be sold in low quantities because it is extremely limited. It had a very low yield this year in Greece and will not be around for long. The price of this oil will be higher in price because of the harvesting process and yield. This oil is the reason Celeste Oliva opened over 8 years ago!.  We opened so that we could share with you these high quality extra virgin olive oils harvested the correct way. We are very proud of the process Veronica  Foods uses with their partners who harvest these oils. 

This oil is not for the faint of heart. It has extreme pepperiness and pungency. This oil is great for medicinal purposes because of how many polyphenols and Oleocanthal is in this oil. Some people medicinally take 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil a day. This oil you'd only have to take a teaspoon or two. That is entirely up to you though.
